Rosemary
A Mediterranean native, the aromatic leaves of this plant are often used in cooking. Small clusters of blue flowers in winter and spring attract birds and bees.

Enjoy indoors for a month or two but eventually should be outdoors in containers or the garden. Well drained soil. Prune to shape as desired.

Bright sun for 6 to 8 hours.

Established plants in the ground can tolerate 20℉ but protect or bring in smaller containers when below 30℉ as roots are more sensitive to cold.

In pot, water thoroughly but allow soil to dry slightly between watering. In the garden, keep on the dry side.

Feed lightly during periods of growth.
